Shipping & Returns

Shipping Policy

After you've placed an order, you may no longer be able to change or cancel it. If you have a problem with your order's shipment, please contact us within 30 days of the delivery or estimated delivery date. In some cases, you may need to contact the shipping company directly.

Once you've confirmed your order, you may not be able to change or cancel it. If you want to change some parameters, Customer addresses, etc., please check your account to see if such an option is available. We are not obligated to make such changes to your order, but we will do our best on an individual basis.

​When we deliver the Products to the carrier, the risk of loss, damage, and title pass to you. If carrier tracking indicates that the Product was delivered, it is your responsibility to file a claim with the carrier for a lost shipment. In such cases, FakeHai will not issue refunds or resend the product.

Return & Exchange Policy

Damaged & mislabeled items

We take great pride in our product quality at fakehai. As a result, all of our orders are subjected to a three-step quality check before they are shipped. However, if a damaged or mislabeled item was accidentally allowed through our quality control, or if it was damaged during shipment, we accept full responsibility and offer a free replacement (unless the print came out poorly because of a low-quality print file).

Buyer’s remorse
Fake Hai only provides refunds for products that are damaged or mislabeled, not for buyer's remorse.

Size exchanges

Refunds for incorrectly ordered sizes will also be denied by Fake Hai. Because we make everything on demand, requesting a size exchange would necessitate the creation of an entirely new product.

**Note: Any claims for misprinted/damaged/defective items must be submitted within 30 days of receiving the product. All claims for packages lost in transit must be submitted within 30 days of the estimated delivery date. Claims deemed to be the result of an error on our part are covered at our expense.

  • Packages sent out from our US and Mexico fulfillment centers are returned to our Charlotte facility: 11201 Ed Brown Rd, Charlotte, North Carolina, 28273.
